2.1 That with effect from 24 August 2020 the full time Member Services Officer post be removed from the establishment and a new post created as 'Senior Member Services Officer' Scale SO2, as set out in the attached job description and person specification.

2.2 That the revised structure attached at Appendix 2 be agreed, with effect from 24 August 2020.

2.3 That applications for the post be ring-fenced to the 3 post holders currently designated as 'Member Services Officer'.

2.4 That the post be financed as set out in paragraph 4 of the report, on the basis of existing terms and conditions.
