Purpose:

Decision:

A. That the 12 week Letter of Intent entered into with West Lancashire Community Leisure Trust (WLCLT) and Serco in relation to the Leisure Contract during the period of COVID19 closure be extended until 31 July 2020.

B. That the arrangements include open book financial transparency resulting in a "No Net Gain, No Net Loss" position for the operators and will facilitate a position through which partners can agree updated Contract Deeds of Variation which will be in place from 1 August 2020.
