Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Corporate Director of Place and Community as contained on pages 65-124 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval of the revised Statement of Sex Establishment Licensing Policy.
RESOLVED: That the Statement of Sex Establishment Licensing Policy attached at Appendix 1 to the report is approved for publication on 8 February 2023 and to take effect from 8 March 2023. |
