Consideration was given to the report of the Corporate Director Of Place and Community as contained on pages 11 to 38 of the Book of Reports in respect of an Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence from Mr Stuart MacFarlane (the Applicant) submitted under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 (the 2003 Act). This application was in respect of The Old Post Office, Aughton Street, Ormskirk, West Lancashire L39 8BH (the Premises).

 

In reaching its decision, the Sub-Committee took account of the following:

 

·         Oral evidence presented in connection with the hearing

·         The four Licensing Objectives

 

 

RESOLVED: Subject to the correction in the application keeping the terminal hour for the sale and supply of alcohol to 01.30 the application was granted as applied for.
