Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Corporate Director of Place and Community as contained on pages 101 to 286 of the Book of Reports in respect of an application under the Licensing Act 2003 for the review of a premises license of Ormskirk Superstore, 16 Aughton Street, Ormskirk, L39 3BW.
In reaching its decision, the sub-committee took account of the following:
· Oral evidence connected with the hearing · The four licensing objectives
RESOLVED: The premises license be revoked. |
