MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE To be apprised of substitutions, if any, in accordance with Council Procedure 4.1. This rule should only apply to the Standards Committee in exceptional circumstances and if the nominated substitute hs been appropriately trained. Minutes: In accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4.1, as related to the Standards Committee substitutions, Members noted the termination of membership of Councillor Moran and the appointment of Councillor Gagen, for this meeting only, thereby giving effect to the wishes of the Political Groups.

EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC It is recommended that members of the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item(s) of business in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act and as, in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemption under Schedule 12A outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information. The Standards Committee has agreed that this process will remain confidential. Complainants and Subject Members are also excluded for the purposes of the Assessment Sub-Committee meeting.
