Minutes: Councillor A Blundell declared a pecuniary interest in relation to agenda item 7d - 2024/0708/FUL relating to Land Between 151 and 155, Southport New Road, Tarleton, PR4 6HY, as the estates company of which he's employed is selling a neighbouring property, and they therefore took no part in the decision-making process.
Councillor J Abbott declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to agenda item 7e - 2024/0414/FUL relating to Land at Lancashire Wildlife Trust, Visitor Centre, Mere Sands Wood Nature Reserve, Holmeswood Road, Rufford, L40 1TG, as she is a member of the Lancashire Wildlife Trust.

Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Assistant Director of Planning and Regulatory Services, as contained on pages 105 to 110 of the Book of Reports. The report sought to appraise Members of the allocation of the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) portion of funding to Parish/Town Councils from revenue collected by the Council between 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024, as a result of some new development within the borough.
RESOLVED: That Members note the contents of this report. |
