Ormskirk Eastern Gateway in partnership with Lancashire County
Council be subject to public engagement, and to seek authority to
spend S106 monies from development at Edge Hill University on the
delivery of the Edge Hill Cycle Link as part of the Ormskirk
Eastern Gateway project.
