CHANGES TO PUBLIC SPEAKING PROCEDURE AT PLANNING COMMITTEE PDF 171 KB Minutes: Consideration was given to the report of the Assistant Director of Planning and Regulatory Services, as contained on pages 85 to 96 of the Book of Reports. The report outlined and proposed changes to the public speaking procedure at Planning Committee meetings, to improve the opportunity for public participation in planning decisions.
RESOLVED: That the updated public speaking procedure attached at Appendix A to the report be Approved with effect from January 2025, following the required revisions to the Council's constitution and review after 12 months. |
