A. That the Contract Procedure Rules be
temporarily changed to enable a faster and more responsive route to
procurement during the current coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.
B. That the temporary changes be applied for two months, ceasing
Friday 5 June 2020 when the situation will be reviewed.
