That Constitution 4.2B: Scheme of Delegation
to Corporate Director of Place & Community be amended to
include:
"To appoint Environmental Health and Licensing regulatory staff to
enforce the requirements of the Health Protection (Coronavirus,
Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020."
